VectorCam is committed to open science and public health. Data collected through our surveillance tools may be used for research purposes. By contributing data to our platform, you grant VectorCam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and publish aggregated and de-identified data for public health research and reporting.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

While we strive for accuracy in our AI identification and data analytics tools, results should be verified through appropriate entomological methods. VectorCam tools are intended to assist, not replace, professional medical and entomological judgment.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORCAM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VectorCam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or VectorCam.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore, Maryland.
